  • Mixed utility space: 700 housing units, 16 000 m2 of offices, 8 000 m2 of shops and services

  • – Inclusive and social project (nursery, school, student residence and seniors’ home)
  • Acessibility to “personalised housing” and “lifetime ownership” programmes
