New Integrated Organisational Structure
Nhood Portugal’s new organisational structure is centred on three interconnected business units, which will work together to optimise processes and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation:
Property, Asset & Services (PAS): Led by Sofia Ferreira de Almeida, this unit is focused on ensuring the maximum operational and economic efficiency of assets. With her vast experience in Capital Markets and Asset Management, Sofia will lead efforts to drive growth and develop a strategic vision aligned with the company’s global objectives.
Development and Promotion (DEV): Carlos David, development director since the creation of Nhood, , takes on this new area as Head in which he will lead projects to develop and regenerate asset portfolios. The DEV unit works closely with PAS and RFI to ensure that all projects adopt sustainable practices and create social, environmental and economic value.
Resources Funding Investment (RFI): Margarida Madeira, who moved from the People & Culture department to lead RFI, is responsible for establishing and managing financial systems that support the management of resources in real estate projects. She also continues to lead the Human Resources and Information Systems areas, focussing on practices that ensure the creation of data, process and technology solutions to meet the needs of internal and external clients.
Sevérine Boutel, CEO of Nhood in Portugal for the last four years, is leaving the local structure to take on a new challenge. Special thanks for her work as a leader.
