Nhood: the new global real estate solutions company in Portugal
Nhood brings together the main business areas of the real estate sector with solutions to support and advise companies, brands and public and private partners that own real estate to create value from their assets and to organise, co-create and transform their spaces into places with life, open to all and more sustainable. It has just been established globally and is setting up in Portugal, along with nine other countries.
Projects planned in more than 15 municipalities from the north to the south of the country;
Investment management plan of more than 500 million euros by 2025;
Mixed-use projects, with a forecast for the creation of more than 1,700 new homes in the residential sector;
Creation of more than 3000 jobs associated with these projects;
Ambition to ensure that 100% of its projects use renewable energy sources.
This new real estate solutions company for mixed-use assets has been set up within the Mulliez Family Association (Associação Familiar Mulliez – AFM) ecosystem and formalises a new global real estate organisation. Ceetrus retains ownership of its real estate assets.
Nhood will act in the organisation, co-creation and transformation of spaces into new places with life and with a positive impact for companies, brands and public and private partners who own real estate, for the market in general, as well as for the Mulliez Family Association ecosystem (MFA – Ceetrus, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Auchan…).
With the slogan “New Living Mood”, Nhood’s aim is the creation and transformation of spaces that generate active communities and sustainable cities, with a focus on mixed-use places and projects that cut across the different facets of daily life (home, work, leisure, education, commerce, among other aspects) and thereby interconnect them. This is achieved through working with partners, organisations and teams who share the same vision and commitment to respecting the environment, people and the authenticity of places, for the prosperity of the cities where Nhood operates.
