New appointments at Nhood Portugal
Nhood Portugal has appointed Carlos Costa as Real Estate South Director and Rui Vacas as Real Estate North Director. Their main mission is to create added value for the real estate assets managed by Nhood Portugal representing its customers and promoting their development aligned with the needs and context of the territory where they are located.
The two new Directors will share the assets of the Lisbon region, where is currently the largest concentration of projects managed by Nhood Portugal and divide the rest of the country between the regions north and south of the Tagus River. Rui Vacas will be responsible for the North region and in Lisbon for Alegro Sintra, Alegro Alfragide, Sintra Retail Park and Alverca. On the other hand, Carlos Costa will be responsible for the South region and in Lisbon for projets such as Alegro Montijo, Alegro Setúbal or CINCO District.
In line with this geographic framework, these two areas will also focus on the development of new projects, management of new investments representing Nhood’s clients and identification of new partnerships to grow the portfolio of assets under management, through Property Management services and new investment projects.
