Appointment of Susana Maia Antunes as Head of Leasing

Nhood Portugal has just appointed Susana Maia Antunes as Head of Leasing. With more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, she will be responsible for the continuity of the leasing strategy and mixed-use commercial projects, which include the Alegro and Sintra Retail Park shopping centers portfolio and other real estate assets and which resulted, by 2022, in an occupancy rate close to 100% in its assets under management.

Susana Maia Antunes will be responsible for the development of 360º strategies to generate value in mixed-use assets, which means that after analysing the investment and business development objectives of the clients, she will be responsible for defining the global strategy, with a focus on the occupancy rate and rent maximisation, as well as on sustainable value for the different stakeholders.
