Lighthouse gives the management of Alegro Montijo to Nhood

Nhood was chosen by Lighthouse, the new owner of the Alegro Montijo shopping center, to continue the management and commercialization of this strategic asset. This decision reflects the excellence and commercial attractiveness that the Nhood management team has cultivated so far, positioning Alegro Montijo as one of the main shopping centers on the south bank of the Lisbon metropolitan area.
Nhood will thus continue to be responsible for all phases of operation and commercialization of Alegro Montijo, reaffirming its role as one of the leading global real estate solutions platforms in the Iberian Peninsula, currently managing more than 45 assets, with a total of 800,000 m² and 181 million visits per year.
“With a solid commitment to the expansion and optimization of our spaces, our mission is to transform square meters into impactful places, both socially and financially, for investors, owners, and visitors. We are extremely pleased with the recognition of the value that our real estate services have brought, especially with the trust now placed in us by Lighthouse,” says Luís Arrais, Property Director Iberia at Nhood.”
“The process of active listening to the territory and co-construction with the community, which greatly guides the performance of the Nhood management team and resulted in the positioning of Alegro Montijo as a reference space in its area of influence, was one of the differentiating factors that contributed to the renewal of trust in Nhood,” adds Bevan Williams, Head of Asset Management at Lighthouse.
It should be noted that, until then owned by Ceetrus, the Alegro Montijo shopping center was recently sold to Lighthouse Properties for around 180 million euros, a transaction advised by Nhood in collaboration with RPE Capital Markets/JLL.
