Nhood Portugal is the first company to implement Google Virtual Agent in Portugal

Nhood Portugal implemented in Alegro Setúbal, one of the assets under management, an AI Google solution, aiming to ensure an autonomous management of the shopping center’s messaging chat and promoting a more efficient and agile conversational experience.

The innovative Virtual Agent solution was launched in partnership with SBZ Smartbiz Solutions, a Portuguese company that is part of the American big tech development group, and is now available on the Alegro Setúbal shopping center’s website, Google Maps and Google Search seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

A pioneer in the Portuguese market, this solution is already widely implemented in countries like the United States of America and Australia. Therefore, Nhood Portugal will join Google’s international case-study list, alongside brands such as Levi’s or Vodafone.
