Marco Balducci is the new CEO of Nhood worldwide
Antoine Grolin, Chairman of Nhood and Ceetrus Properties, announces the appointment of Marco Balducci as CEO of Nhood, the real estate management company, and Etienne Dupuy as Managing Director of Ceetrus Properties, the group’s real estate asset owner.
These appointments occur in order to accelerate the transformation of the Group’s real estate area, with regard to ecological transition, commercial development and urban regeneration.
As far as Nhood is concerned, it is about focusing on operational performance and innovation in the management and promotion of the assets under management, supporting the transformation of retail and the regeneration of sites into multi-purpose spaces. And, simultaneously, to drive the asset valuation strategy for the entire portfolio of the real estate company Ceetrus, giving rise to an independent and impartial governance of both companies.
Marco Balducci, as CEO of Nhood and Managing Director of Nhood in France (until now Managing Director of Nhood in Italy), will capitalize on his expertise in retail and innovation to create true mixed-use neighbourhoods.
The priority of Nhood’s new CEO will be to amplify the influence of the real estate services company integrated into urban development and the animation of “better places”, serving companies and property owners in Europe and West Africa, where Nhood provides services. As well as accelerating the deployment of exemplary projects in urban regeneration, the fight against global warming and commercial performance.
