Cláudia Ramos is the new Leasing Director of Nhood Portugal

Nhood Portugal announces the appointment of Cláudia Ramos as Leasing Director and member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Cláudia Ramos’ mission will be to turn the Leasing area into an autonomous business unit with a wider range of services and clients. The goal is to accelerate Nhood’s leasing strategy for the portfolio of assets currently under management and commercialization as well as projects in pipeline.

Within this mission, the new director will also take charge of the national strategy for Specialty Leasing of the assets’ portfolio in coordination with the Property Management teams of the different territories.

Nhood Portugal is planning, in the medium term, projects in more than 15 locations from north to south of the country, with an **investment management plan **on behalf of its clients in areas such as commercial real estate, offices, and residential, among other uses.
