Maura Teixeira is the new Iberian Director of Marketing & Innovation at Nhood
Nhood, a global platform for real estate solutions for mixed-use projects, announces that Maura Teixeira is taking on new responsibilities as Director of Marketing & Innovation for Iberia, strengthening the company’s leadership in its operations in Portugal and Spain. This appointment reflects the strategy of synergy between the two Iberian markets and highlights the importance of innovation as a differentiating factor in the real estate sector.
With over 15 years of solid experience in communication and marketing, Maura Teixeira was already part of Nhood’s structure in Portugal, now becoming responsible for leading the marketing and innovation areas across all business areas and real estate assets managed by the company in both countries, Portugal and Spain.
Her mission is to enhance Nhood’s visibility and growth by developing and defining Marketing and Innovation services aligned with the company’s global strategy, ensuring alignment with local markets. Additionally, she will promote innovation through new working methodologies and the implementation of solutions that contribute to the transformation of the real estate sector and the growth of the Iberian market.
