Nhood announces the completion and commercialization of the first Citizen\u2019s Bureau in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira, located on the first floor of Galeria de Alverca. This opening marks a milestone in the second phase of the regeneration plan led by Nhood, aimed at transforming an obsolete real estate asset into an integrated urban space with positive social, environmental, and economic impact.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Covering 1,095 m\u00b2, the Citizen\u2019s Bureau brings together essential services in one location, promoting convenience and proximity for thousands of citizens. This intervention is part of a total investment of \u20ac32 million, which includes new brands such as Leroy Merlin and FitnessUp, a future health and leisure space, and the conversion of the towers into housing.<\/p>\n

By welcoming the Citizen’s Office at Galeria de Alverca, Ceetrus is demonstrating how retail properties can be transformed into multifunctional hubs serving civic, social, and economic purposes.<\/p>\n
