A Historic Night for Alegro Shopping Centers<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t

Nhood received major recognition at the 2025 SOLAL Awards ceremony, held yesterday evening in Poland, taking home five prestigious awards. The Alegro shopping centers, managed by Nhood in Portugal, earned four of these distinctions, while the Zenia Boulevard shopping center, located in Spain and also managed by Nhood, secured the fifth award.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The highlight of the night was Alegro Set\u00fabal, which won the Gold Award in the Customer Services category with the project \u201cSilent Hour.\u201d This pioneering initiative in Portugal, implemented in collaboration with APPDA \u2013 the Portuguese Association for Developmental Disorders and Autism, creates an inclusive environment for people with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodivergent conditions. In addition to this recognition, \u201cSilent Hour\u201d also received the ceremony\u2019s top honor: the \u201cBest of the Best Winner 2025\u201d trophy, awarded to the most voted project across all categories.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alegro Alfragide received the Bronze Award in the Placemaking category for the Christmas show \u201cAladdin on Ice,\u201d developed in partnership with AM Experience. The production combined high-quality entertainment with a strong connection to the local community.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alegro Sintra also earned a Bronze Award in the Corporate Social Responsibility category for the project \u201cChristmas in Pairs,\u201d a solidarity initiative that brought holiday magic to the Amadora Sintra Hospital Center.<\/p>\n

Internationally, Zenia Boulevard, in Orihuela Costa, Spain, was awarded the Bronze Award in the Grand Refurbishment category, in recognition of its comprehensive transformation into a more human, sustainable, and community-connected space.<\/p>\n
