For companies like Nhood, with a strong commitment to Planet, People, and Profit, DEI represents a unique opportunity to foster engagement, belonging, and purpose among employees, as well as to drive innovation and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the context of Nhood, DEI is not just a matter of goals or quotas, but a strategic pillar. With the launch of the DEI Policy in 2023, a 3-year roadmap, and specific KPIs to measure the impact of its initiatives, Nhood aims to promote a culture where everyone feels valued, involved, and empowered to recognize, accept, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as factors of prosperity, social justice, and ethical conduct. We believe that diversity only reaches its true potential when allied with equity, ensuring that everyone has equal growth opportunities, and with inclusion, which promotes collaboration and respect for all voices. Employees who feel included and respected have higher levels of commitment, which strengthens their connection to the company, increases productivity, and reduces turnover.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We advocate that diverse teams are more creative and innovative, especially when inclusion is at the heart of their culture.
