In the first semester of 2021, Nhood Portugal leased 21 new shops, totalling more than 10 000m\u00b2 of gross leasable area, in the assets under management, which include the Alegro Shopping Centres portfolio and other real estate assets;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Nhood Portugal, a global platform for real estate solutions in mixed-use projects, has secured the occupation of more than 10\u202f000m\u00b2 of gross leasable area (GLA) of retail spaces in the first half of 2021, among new openings and the renewal of several contracts. In total, 21 new shops were let in the Alegro Shopping Centres portfolio and other real estate assets, with an occupancy rate of more than 98%, in line with pre-pandemic occupancy figures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mafalda Cotta, Head of Leasing at Nhood Portugal, says that \u201cin a context that has been more than challenging, totally unpredictable and inconstant, both for us, shopping centre managers, and for our tenants, managing to open 21 shops and renew several contracts in the first semester of 2021 is something that we are proud of at Nhood, due to partnership work with brands that we consider to be true partners”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

“Having occupancy rates at pre-pandemic levels, above 98%, is for us a very positive situation, and a sign of the path of recovery that we are now beginning.
