Hugo Santos Ribeiro, 37, has a degree in Architecture from Instituto Superior T\u00e9cnico and a postgraduate qualification in Business Management and Strategy from the European University. He has had a consolidated career in the field of architecture and project and construction management. Part of the Development, Projects and Construction Department, Hugo Santos Ribeiro’s mission is to contribute to the implementation of Nhood Portugal\u2019s vision.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

As Project Assembly Manager at Nhood Portugal, Hugo Santos Ribeiro will be responsible for coordinating the legal, technical and financial assembly of the projects developed by the company in various business areas, in line with the investment strategy defined by the Asset Management department of Nhood Portugal. He will also be responsible for identifying opportunities, submitting proposals and implementing the assembly of real estate projects, specifically regarding their development and promotion, in order to strengthen the value and attractiveness of the assets managed by Nhood Portugal, as well as future ones.<\/p>\n

Hugo Santos Ribeiro, Project Assembly Manager at Nhood Portugal, says that \u201cthe assembly of real estate projects involves specifying an ambitious development programme and the creation of real estate products in line with the needs of customers and communities. The role of Nhood Portugal, as a global platform for real estate solutions, is to analyse and create strategic partnerships to design new opportunities in keeping with our vision of creating a policy with a triple positive impact: people, planet and profit. This work is carried out in the design and assembly phases of real estate projects by defining and validating the assumptions of the business plan. I am very excited about this professional challenge and I am convinced that together, as a team, we will follow a path of success for all \u2013 for ourselves as a managing entity and for the community at large\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nhood Portugal, a global platform for real estate solutions focused on a triple positive impact, aims to create, revitalise and transform mixed-use real estate assets, neighbourhoods and cities, contributing to a new urban vision and to the development of new ways of living, through the concept of the 15-minute city. In its five-year strategy for Portugal, Nhood has planned projects in more than 15 municipalities from the north to the south, with an investment management plan for its customers of more than 500 million euros.
