Nhood chosen to handle retail leasing at Prata Riverside Village

Nhood has been selected by VIC Properties as the exclusive consultant for the commercial leasing of Prata Riverside Village, a real estate project aimed at contributing to the revitalization and regeneration of the Marvila parish in Lisbon.
Designed to become a new riverside neighborhood, this project is restoring the eastern riverfront to the people of Marvila and the thousands who visit the area daily, while also creating a new community with the arrival of hundreds of residents. With a gross construction area of 128,000 m² and more than 800 apartments, Prata Riverside Village is one of Lisbon’s leading real estate developments, located between Marvila and Parque das Nações. The project includes 12 buildings for residential, office, and retail use, designed by one of the most acclaimed architects of our time, Renzo Piano, a Pritzker Prize winner. Inspired by the river, Lisbon’s history, and its beauty, Prata Riverside Village is already making its mark on the city’s skyline, transforming one of the trendiest areas into a vibrant “neighborhood lifestyle” experience.
With extensive experience in managing commercial spaces, Nhood will be exclusively responsible for all leasing operations and strategies, with a focus on anchor stores and F&B (Food & Beverage) establishments.
According to Susana Maia Antunes, Head of Leasing at Nhood, “This project makes us extremely proud, as it reaffirms Nhood’s role as one of the leading global real estate solutions platforms in the Iberian Peninsula. We currently manage over 45 assets, and the partnership with VIC Properties strengthens the trust our partners place in Nhood’s vision for mixed-use real estate solutions and our understanding of the national market.”
With an approach centered on sustainability and creating value for the community, Nhood is committed to attracting commercial activities that align with the development’s concept. “We are excited about the opportunity to manage the leasing of these commercial spaces. We believe this project will have a significant positive impact on the area and its residents,” adds Susana Maia Antunes.
For João Cabaça, CEO of VIC Properties: “This partnership comes as part of our careful consideration regarding the leasing of the commercial spaces at Prata. Strategically, we lease these spaces to ensure that the brands and types of stores represented at Prata offer the diversity and quality of services that our residents and visitors expect. In this sense, we’ve initiated this partnership with Nhood, who will support us in this mission and who, like us, prioritizes environmental, economic, and social sustainability within society.”
