Leasing services lease 58 new shops in the first half of 2022

Nhood Portugal has ensured through its leasing services, the occupation of 7,000m² of gross leasable area (GLA) of the retail spaces that manages, in the first half of 2022, specifically new openings and renewals of various contracts.
58 new stores were leased in Alegro’s Shopping Centers portfolio and other real estate assets
occupancy rate of 98%, in line with the pre-pandemic occupancy figures
Brands such as Green Affair, Poke House, Be On Time or Vilanova are just a few examples of new tenants that integrated the assets managed by Nhood, between January and June 2022, besides the brands that renewed their image for more recent concepts, such as Go Natural that opened its new store concept in Alegro Alfragide.
