150 stores commercialized in the first six months of 2023
The 1st half of 2023 concluded with over a hundred new stores launched under Nhood managed assets, which includes the Alegro shopping mall portfolio, Sintra Retail Park, and other real estate assets. With a total of 150 stores, between openings and renewals, Nhood achieved an occupancy rate close to 100% in its managed assets, a result of the strategy initiated in 2022. A case in point is the recent arrival of the Bottega Verde brand to Alegro Sintra shopping mall, the brand chose the asset managed by Nhood to start its operations in Portugal.
